Seasoned Red Potatoes

What you need:
Red Potatoes
Olive oil (or vegetable oil works too)
Your Choice of seasoning (I think fresh rosemary is the best, but italian seasoning or basil also work really well)

What you do:
Slice potatoes into thin slices. cover the bottom layer of your pan with a good thick layer of oil and bring to a low simmer. Put potato slices in the oil and sprinkle with your seasoning. Let cook stirring occasionally until your potato slices are as soft as you like them.

Cheese Ravioli

Here's my favorite way to make cheese Ravioli.
What you need:
1 bag of cheese ravioli
1 jar of Parmesan Garlic sauce (or whatever pasta sauce you like)
1 can of diced olives
1 can of sliced mushrooms

What you do:
cook ravioli according to the directions on the package. Add in sauce (you probably won't need the whole jar depending on how much sauce you want for how much ravioli you have), olives, and mushrooms to drained pasta in a pot. Stir all together and let simmer on stove until everything is heated through stirring occasionally. Enjoy :)
